Thank you for shopping with TandemTails™. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
Estimated delivery time
After processing, delivery generally takes 5–11 business days.
Please allow approximately 6–14 business days in total from the date you place your order. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking your order
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to begin showing updates after your order ships.
Some shipments use a logistics tracking number that follows the package throughout its journey but may not display separate last-mile carrier information. This is normal and does not mean your shipment has stopped moving.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us through our store’s contact page as soon as possible.
We will try to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.
Multiple packages
Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different days.
Delayed or missing orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within 14 business days after shipment, please contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the original packaging while we review your request.
